Executive Chef - Jacques Chretien

Born in Ligueil, a small village in the Loire Valley of France, Chef Chretien was educated in the art of gourmet cooking in France.

He brings with him a tremendous amount of international culinary experience. He has delivered his passion in both independent restaurants and hotel food & beverage operations. In addition, he has owned and operated his own businesses and earned the distinction of Maitre Cuisiniers de France. His experience spans over 28 years and includes posts in two Michelin star restaurants, time in France, Brussels and most recently Mexico.
